This is an excellent book! It kept my attention throughout. It consists of good practical wisdom and most of all, Godly Wisdom. If you are a Spiritual person, you will really connect to the author and see that he poured out his heart and soul in writing this book. His long time search for truth and the knowledge he gained throughout his life, he shares it. Even if you are not a Spiritual person, this book is still a must read for you. It make you question who you really are inside and will want you make a change. The author made sure that the most important thing in life is a good relationship with God and His Son. The entire book is based on love, faith, trust, etc. and how we can apply it in our life. It also shows how a person needs to be acceptance of ones self no matter what others may think and to be content with who we are and what we have.

While I wasn't sure what to expect when I started Christian Wisdoms for Modern Times, I was happily impressed by B Valentine's collection of wisdom, reflections, and philosophy. I like that it is uniquely formatted, with a very organic flow from topic to topic. I read it in order, but I feel like it could be something you pick up and flip to a random page for some needed inspiration or guidance. I can 100% recommend this book!
